Latest HDB resale rules


1) Sellers without grant can only sell after 3 yrs regardless of HDB or BANK LOAN.

2) Buyers can get 2nd HDB loan even if they DOWNGRADE their flat.

3) Buyers 1 Singaporean+1PR grant will be reduced by $10k.
